For me now, it's just going out and trying to not get myself outed. Granted I don't pass at all, but it's more difficult being at a store and having someone call out your birth name and assigned gender. It's so... ugh!

It's not an issue for me really, but for other transfolk; and it's not conforming to gender stereotypes; like masculine transwomen or femme transguys. It's terrible how much bullying occurs within the trans community over stuff like that. I've never heard of femme transguys getting called the "f" word until a few months ago and even now it's just painful to hear.
